John Tuomala

John Tuomala has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Currently, they hold the position of Senior Director, Global Talent Acquisition & Executive Search at InVue, where they manage the in-house talent acquisition team and leads executive search assignments for Baybrook Executive Search corporate clients. Prior to this, they worked as the Managing Director at Baybrook Executive Search, focusing on executive search and consulting. John also served as the Global Director of Talent Acquisition at Sealed Air Corporation, a Fortune 500 company, and as the Vice President of Talent Acquisition at XPO Logistics, Inc., another Fortune 500 company. John started their career at Compass Group, serving as the Senior Director of Talent Acquisition.

John Tuomala has a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Business Management from Johnson & Wales University. In addition to their degree, they have obtained several certifications including Situational Leadership II Certification from The Ken Blanchard Companies in 2019, Certified Executive Assessment Specialist from Culture Index in 2018, Languages of Appreciation Certification from MBA Inventory in 2018, Korn Ferry Leadership Architect Certification from Korn Ferry in June 2016, and they are a graduate of the Class of 25 from Leadership Charlotte in 2005.
