Paloma Tovar Guzman

Paloma Tovar Guzman has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and companies.

Paloma started their career in 2004 as a Prestador de Servicio Social at LIAOP - Proyecto Servicio Social en Carolina del Norte. UIA, where they focused on supporting Mexican workers and facilitating their understanding of the US-Mexico immigration reforms. Paloma also organized testimonies and visits with congressional representatives.

In 2005, Paloma worked as an Asistente de la Dirección Comercial Corporativa e Internacional at Editorial Mapas. Their responsibilities included providing assistance to the International Commercial and Corporate Commercial Directors and coordinating with different departments within the company.

From 2006 to 2007, they served as an Enlace Comercial at Grupo Asimex SA de CV. Paloma was involved in coordinating the opening and functioning of company offices in South and Central America, as well as managing import and export operations. Paloma also worked on projects with multinational clients like Nestlé and Procter & Gamble.

Since 2007, Paloma has been with InVue, where they have held various positions. Paloma started as an Office Manager - Latin America, responsible for acting as a link between clients in Latin America and the headquarters in Charlotte, NC. Paloma also handled logistics planning, including order processing, inventory verification, and international shipping. Paloma was instrumental in developing strategies for the company's office in Mexico and the wider Latin America region, working closely with international offices in Hong Kong and the Netherlands.

In 2017, they advanced to the role of Marketing Manager - Latin America at InVue, where they continued to oversee marketing activities for the region.

Most recently, Paloma has taken on the role of Senior Marketing Manager - Latin America at InVue, starting in January 2022.

Paloma Tovar Guzman obtained their Licenciatura degree in Relaciones Internacionales from the Universidad Iberoamericana in 2004. In 2010, they completed a Diplomado en Negocios Internacionales from the same university. Then, in 2014, Paloma pursued a Master in Business Administration from the University of the Incarnate Word, which they completed in 2015.
