Phylicia Ross is currently the unit director of the ICS PS 278 Elementary School program. She possesses a bachelor's degree in Clinical/Counseling Psychology from SUNY College at Buffalo State with a minor in Social Welfare. Having over 3 years of experience in Youth Development, Phylicia was employed at the Coalition for Hispanic Family Services as a Community Programs manager serving middle-school, adolescent, and adult participants. Phylicia has facilitated Youth Advisory Council’s teen empowerment groups, youth outreach workshops, and youth social justice campaigns. Phylicia also directed a DYCD Cornerstone Program that included after-school (ages 5-12); teen (ages 13-21); and adult (ages 22 and over) activities.
