Juergen Ruder

Juergen Ruder has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Juergen began their career in 2011 with voluntary military service in the German Armed Forces. In 2014, they completed an internship at SSI Schäfer, followed by a brief role as a student assistant at the Central University of Technology, Free State in 2015.

In 2016, Juergen worked as a working student at Carl Zeiss Vision and later completed an internship at SSI Schäfer, where they were involved in the preparation of a user manual and warehouse tests.

From 2017 to 2018, they gained further experience as a working student at Robert Bosch Automotive Steering GmbH. In 2018, they completed an inside sales internship at icotek North America.

In 2019, Juergen took on the role of a master student in sales at Conmatix Engineering Solutions GmbH before transitioning to an account manager position at Second IT Store GmbH in 2019.

Most recently, starting in 2021, they have been working as a sales consultant at Inworks GmbH, where they are currently employed.

Juergen Ruder attended Aalen University from 2012 to 2016, earning a Bachelor of Engineering (B.Eng.) degree in Industrial Engineering. Juergen then continued their education at Aalen University from 2017 to 2019, where they completed a Master of Engineering (M.Eng.) degree in Industrial Management.
