Mark Donica

Mark Donica has a diverse work experience in various roles within the media and entertainment industry. Mark started their career in 2016 as a Managing Producer for the X-Pac 12360 podcast, where they handled tasks such as graphic creation, social media promotion, and audio editing.

In 2018, Mark joined 96 Next as a Broadcast Manager and File Management specialist for the Twitch series "Artificial." Mark developed a technological solution for live production and organized media files for post-production.

From 2019 to 2020, Mark worked for WWE as a Camera/Editor/Production Team member at the WWE Performance Center. Mark assisted in setting up training areas, produced live shows, and collaborated with coaches to enhance talent training techniques.

In 2020, Mark was hired as a Live Event Broadcast Engineer for Blavity Inc. at AfroTech World 2020. Mark managed The Learning Lab Stage and delivered four days of content for the tech community.

In 2021, Mark took on multiple roles at Rooster Teeth, including Writer, Story Producer, Podcast Tech, and RTX Post Production Editor. Mark adapted a show to a new format and provided audio technician support for the podcast "Wrestling With The Week."

Mark also worked as a Live Stream Technical Director at ATTN: in 2021, where they helped stream the Earth Day Stream event "Earth to Tik Tok." Mark made last-minute adjustments to ensure a successful stream and became part of ATTN:'s Tech Team.

In 2021, Mark joined Pixelated Ideas as an Editor, contributing to a Docu-TV Pilot for Grow House Media by reworking an early draft to fit a 22-minute runtime.

Since 2018, Mark has been self-employed as a Podcast Producer, operating a traveling podcasting studio and working with various brands. Mark utilizes Zoom products and is familiar with audio boards.

Mark'smost recent work experience is with Esports Engine as a Freelance Video Editor since 2021. Mark has worked on projects for major esports brands such as Supercell, Epic Games, Activision, Rocket League, and EA. Mark has contributed to various high-profile events in the gaming industry.

Currently, Mark is employed as a Social Media Editor at Inworld AI, starting in 2022.

Mark Donica attended California State University, Northridge from 2006 to 2010. During this time, they pursued a Bachelor's degree in Theatre.
