Oliver Tincknell has a diversified work experience. Oliver started their career at Thatchers Cider Company Ltd as a Primary Process Operator and Distributor from June 2013 to December 2015. Later, they worked at Barny Lee Marquees LTD as a Luxury Marquee Erector from June 2015 to October 2016. Oliver then transitioned into the recruitment field and joined Eurostaff - Connecting Europe™ as a Recruitment Consultant specializing in Infrastructure, SAP, and Oracle Databases from April 2019 to April 2020. Following this, they worked at Heat Recruitment as both a Recruitment Specialist from September 2020 to September 2022, and as a Senior Recruitment Consultant from July 2021 to September 2022.
