Roger Sillence

Roger Sillence has held various roles in different companies throughout their work experience. Roger started their career in 2009 as a Consultant at REED, specializing in Web and Software Development. Roger then worked as a Digital Recruitment Consultant at Ad Lib and ReThink Recruitment, focusing on Digital Marketing, e-Commerce, Design, UX, IA, and Social Media. In 2012, they joined AH Digital as a Senior Consultant, matching digital marketing talent with leading companies. From 2013 to 2014, they worked at Centena as a Director, providing relationship-focused recruitment consultancy in the digital world. In 2017, they became the Head of Practice at Talent, a global IT&T recruitment company. In 2018, they joined iO Associates and Panoramic Associates as a Client Engagement Manager, specializing in the technology and digital sector. In 2020, they joined Finitas, a staffing firm specializing in finance, governance, and change. Currently, they hold the position of Director of Customer Success at iO Associates, Panoramic Associates, Finitas, and Precision Resource Group (PRG).

Roger Sillence attended Highbury Secondary School from 1992 to 1996. Roger then went on to study at Wiltshire College & University Centre from 1996 to 1999, where they obtained an HND in Graphic Design.
