Eric Faulkner

Eric Faulkner, MBA, currently serves as Chief Technology Officer and SVP of Tech Ops - CMC at IO Biotech, overseeing global Technical Operations, including CMC management, GMP procurement, and supply chain. Prior to this role, Eric held significant positions at Homology Medicines, Inc. and Shire, where responsibilities included the external manufacturing and CMC management for gene therapy programs and product operations strategy for a $3 billion portfolio, respectively. Eric's extensive experience in technical development and operations spans multiple companies, including Biogen Idec, Genzyme, and Teva Pharmaceuticals, where roles included leadership in CMC management, contract manufacturing, and quality control. Eric holds an MBA in Management and Operations from Boston University, a Master of Science in Biotechnology and Biomedical Science from UMass Boston, and a Bachelor of Science in Biology from SUNY Fredonia.
