Alvaro Rodriguez

Alvaro Rodriguez has a diverse work experience in talent acquisition and recruitment. Alvaro is currently working as a Talent Acquisition Sourcer at IO Interactive, a video game development and publishing company. Prior to this, they had roles as a Tech Talent Acquisition Partner at Preply and Holaluz.com, where they drove the end-to-end hiring processes for engineering and tech positions. Alvaro also worked as a Global Tech Talent Sourcer at TravelPerk, where they collaborated with stakeholders to understand recruitment needs and sourced high-quality candidates. Before transitioning to talent acquisition, Alvaro worked as a Senior IT Consultant at Robert Walters and Qustodio. Alvaro also had experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist at Proclinic S.A. and worked as a Psychologist at 'AREP, an association for the rehabilitation of individuals with mental illness.

Alvaro Rodriguez completed their undergraduate studies in Psychology at Universitat Ramon Llull from 2009 to 2014. Following that, in 2014 to 2015, they pursued a course in leadership and talent management in organizations at COPC. This additional education was also focused on the field of Psychology.
