Kasper Raaby Abrahamsen

Kasper Raaby Abrahamsen has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Kasper is currently working as the Lead & Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist at IO Interactive, where they lead the recruitment team and oversees strategic recruitment efforts across multiple studios. Prior to this role, they served as the Lead Talent Acquisition Specialist at the same company, focusing on creating a strong candidate journey. Kasper has also worked as a Talent Acquisition Specialist, responsible for full-cycle recruitments in all areas of game development.

Before joining IO Interactive, Kasper worked as a Concept Developer at WE ARE THE 90's Liveband, where they were responsible for logistics, marketing, booking, sales, and various other tasks related to managing bands. Kasper has also worked as a Recruitment Sales Team Lead at Graduateland, managing the international and senior sales team.

Additionally, Kasper has experience in customer operations and onboarding. Kasper served as the Head of Customer Operations and Head of Customer Onboarding at OrderYOYO, overseeing customer support, onboarding, and account management. Kasper also worked as a Senior Client Success Representative and Implementation Manager & Support at Meltwater, where they handled client implementation and support.

Earlier in their career, Kasper worked as a Backline Manager for PDH Music, managing logistics and production for live music concerts. Kasper also served as a Booking Manager at www.livemusikbooking.dk, where they handled bookings for various events. Furthermore, Kasper has experience in the education sector, working as a Creative Social Education Worker at Fritids og Ungdomsklubben Kolle and as a Communication Assistant at Fritidsklubben Kolle.

Kasper Raaby Abrahamsen obtained a Bachelor of corporate communications and business studies with a focus on English & Business Communication from Copenhagen Business School, from 2007 to 2009. Kasper then pursued a Master's degree in Performance Studies & Business Studies from Roskilde University, from 2012 to 2015. In addition to their formal education, Kasper Abrahamsen also acquired certifications in Innovative Event Management from B Group I/S in October 2015, and in PADI - Openwater from PADI.
