Maria Carol Garcia serves as the Head of Innovation & Marketing at ioasys, a position held since January 2018. Prior to this role, Maria held the title of Design Thinking Specialist at Lab de Inovação from January 2016 to April 2019 and worked as a Service Designer at MJV Technology & Innovation between April 2012 and May 2014. Educationally, Maria holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from Ibmec, completed in 2009, and an MBA in Leadership, Innovation and Management 4.0 from Pontifícia Universidade Católica do Rio Grande do Sul, pursued from 2020 to 2021.
