Rindra Rakotomamonjy has extensive experience in human resources, with a focus on HR management, development, and labor relations. Rindra began their career in 1999 as a Quality Officer at Hewlett Packard Enterprise before moving on to various roles in HR management at companies such as Gap Inc., Editions Atlas, and Areva. In 2012, Rindra joined Sopra HR Software as a Global HR Business Partner, where they worked until 2016. Rindra then served as the HR Director at GAC Group, where they led HR development, talent management, and organizational transformations. Rindra also worked as an HR Partner at OpenText and as an HR Director at Graham Packaging International. Most recently, they assumed the role of HR Director at iObeya, where they are responsible for the creation of the HR Director role, supporting international growth, and overseeing performance and development actions for individuals. Throughout their career, Rindra has demonstrated a strong commitment to promoting employee well-being, fostering constructive labor relations, and driving organizational change.
Rindra Rakotomamonjy obtained a Master's degree in Organization Audit & HR Management (Audit d'organisation et Management des Ressources Humaines) from ISC Paris, which they attended from 1996 to 1999. Prior to that, they completed their Classe préparatoire HEC from 1994 to 1996. In 1993, they obtained a Baccalauréat Scientifique.
