Essien Rachel

Rachel Essien is a seasoned professional with diverse experience in various roles within the construction and business sectors. Currently serving as Co-founder and Chief Operating Officer at IOBOTECH LIMITED since January 2021, Rachel also holds the position of Business Intelligence Analyst at Energy4All Ventures Limited since March 2020 and acts as an Ambassador for Growth Africa Startup since January 2022. Previous experience includes serving as a Site Supervisor at Olupopson Construction Nigeria Limited and as an Introtech Teacher with the Lagos State Government. Rachel began their career with the Lagos State Building Control Agency as an Autocad Designer. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Science in Building/Property Maintenance from the University of Lagos, a National Certificate in Education from the Federal College of Education Akoka Lagos, and an Executive training in Entrepreneurship from Lagos Business School, Pan-Atlantic University.
