Michelle Garcia

Michelle Garcia is a partner at Vicente & Partners. She was formerly SVP Corporate at Coty, a global beauty company, where she and her team were responsible for corporate governance and all legal activities relating to corporate finance, executive compensation, digital, corporate social responsibility, and M&A. Prior Coty, Michelle was General Counsel of Yext, a martech software company, and a corporate attorney at Covington & Burling LLP. Michelle is a graduate of Duke University and Yale Law School.
