Paritosh Dey

Paritosh Dey is currently a Researcher at IOCB Prague, involved in advanced research at the Institute of Organic Chemistry and Biochemistry of the Czech Academy of Sciences since November 2023. Previously, Paritosh worked as a Master Thesis Student at the National Institute of Technology Calicut, focusing on the synthesis and characterization of benzimidazole-fused thiophene hybrids and their biological evaluations from October 2022 to May 2023, under the guidance of Dr. Janardhan Banothu. Additionally, a summer internship was completed at the Institute of Chemical Technology in mid-2022, where Paritosh synthesized and characterized specific chemical compounds under Dr. Nabanita Sadhukhan's supervision. Paritosh Dey holds a Master of Science in Chemistry from the National Institute of Technology Calicut (2021-2023) and a Bachelor of Science in Chemistry from Adamas University (2018-2021), and is currently pursuing a PhD in Organic Chemistry at Charles University.
