Inte Smets

Inte Smets is a Digital Marketeer at iO since February 2020, contributing to the advertising team with expertise in platforms like Google Ads, Bing Ads, Outbrain, and social media channels. Previous experience includes a four-month internship at iO, which was extended for additional knowledge and skill development, a role as a defender at Massenhoven VC, and event staff positions with Golazo where involvement in various sports events took place. Inte also played as a central defender for KVC Westerlo, focusing on women's football development, and gained marketing experience through internships at OVI nv and Demeyere. As a co-founder of Direct Startup Consultancy, assistance was provided to students and aspiring entrepreneurs regarding business modeling. Inte holds a Professional Bachelor in Digital Media Management and a Bachelor's degree in Marketing from Thomas More University of Applied Sciences, alongside a diploma in Handel from Sint-Jozefscollege Herentals. Currently enrolled in a program at Expert Academy since May 2022, Inte continues to enhance professional knowledge.
