Pelagiya Dragomirova is an experienced marketing and communications professional with extensive expertise in team leadership, strategy development, and brand management. Currently serving as Team Lead for Marketing Operations at iO since January 2022, Pelagiya oversees a large team within the Global Brand & Communications group. Previous roles include Marketing Strategy Lead at We are you, acquired by iO, and Head of Marketing and PR at DotControl, where significant achievements included the rebranding of the agency and a top placement in a prestigious industry ranking. Pelagiya has also held key positions with organizations such as INFO, CLICKNL, and EuroBioForum, demonstrating a strong ability to drive engagement and communication strategies across diverse sectors. Pelagiya holds a Bachelor of Science in International Communication Management and completed an Executive Programme in Women Leadership at Erasmus University.
