Bogomir Engel

Bogomir Engel has a diverse work experience in the field of software development and engineering.

Bogomir started their career in 2007 with two internships at MESO Web Scapes and MESO DIgital Interiors GmbH.

In 2008, they completed a berufspraktisches Semester at 3d-io Games und Video Production, where they were responsible for developing a game designer toolkit and gameplay scripting for a character.

From 2009 to 2010, Bogomir worked as a Lead Developer at TravelTainment.

Bogomir then joined MESO Digital Services GmbH in 2010 and held the roles of Application Developer and later Senior Software Engineer until 2016. During this time, they gained experience in web development using Ruby and Ruby on Rails, as well as DevOps with Docker and Jenkins.

In 2016, they joined Autodesk as a Senior Software Engineer, focusing on web development using Ruby and Ruby on Rails and DevOps with Docker and Jenkins.

Bogomir'smost recent role is at ioki - a DB company as a Senior Developer, starting in September 2018. Here, they are involved in web development using Ruby on Rails and DevOps with Docker, SaltStack, Terraform, and OpenStack.

Bogomir Engel attended Hochschule RheinMain from 2004 to 2010, where they obtained a degree in Diplom-Informatik with a focus on Medieninformatik.
