Jana Hesse

Jana Hesse has extensive work experience in the field of Human Resources. Jana began their career in 2014 as an intern in HR Recruiting at OMV. In 2015, they interned at BMW Group, focusing on HR Planning. Jana then joined Nemak Europe GmbH in 2017 as an HR Business Partner. Jana worked there until 2018 when they transitioned to ioki – a DB company. At ioki, Jana initially held the position of People Manager from September 2018 to March 2021. Currently, they serve as a Senior People Manager, starting in April 2021.

Jana Hesse completed their education at Hochschule Ludwigshafen, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Internationales Personalmanagement und Organisation. Jana attended the Hochschule Ludwigshafen from 2010 to 2013. Following their undergraduate studies, they continued their education at the same institution and received a Master of Arts (M.A.) degree in International Human Resource Management, completing their studies from 2013 to 2016.
