Ninelmo Rafael Guimaraes has a diverse range of work experience, starting with their current role as a Senior QA Engineer at ioki – a DB company. In this position, they are responsible for designing and implementing tests, debugging and defining corrective actions, and reviewing system requirements and tracking quality assurance metrics for mobile apps.

Ninelmo Rafael also has experience as a QA Test Analyst at Drax Power, where they worked on various projects related to business services, finance, procurement, trade and risk, and fuel and logistics. In this role, they were responsible for designing test cases, executing tests, holding test review and closure meetings, and producing test closure reports.

Guimaraes began their career as a Software Test Analyst at FDM Group, where they completed modules of the Software Test Analyst program. During this time, they gained experience in project management, software development, and application support.

Prior to joining FDM Group, Guimaraes worked as a Software Test Analyst at Wincor Nixdorf, where they were involved in testing different till types and ensuring items and information were set up correctly. Ninelmo Rafael also trained new personnel in various testing tasks.

Outside of their IT-related roles, Guimaraes has experience working as a Sports Coach for Inter Club Basketball, where they coached a children's basketball team, and as a Trainee Manager at Padaria 8, where they supervised a team of pastry chefs and handled daily operations.

Ninelmo Rafael Guimaraes pursued their education at Birmingham City University from 2010 to 2014. During this time, they obtained a Bsc (Hons) degree in Information & Communications Technology, with a focus on Information Technology. In addition to their degree, Ninelmo also obtained two certifications. In 2015, they achieved the ISTQB - BCS Certified Tester Foundation Level 2011 syllabus from BCS, The Chartered Institute for IT. The following year, in 2016, they acquired the ITIL Service Management Foundation Certificate from the same institution, BCS, The Chartered Institute for IT.
