Abhishek Shah

Abhishek Shah has a diverse work experience in the field of data integration and consulting. Beginning in 2007, they worked as a Senior Data Integration Consultant at iOLAP Inc. In 2008, they continued their consultant role at The Men's Wearhouse and AT&T. From 2009 to 2011, Abhishek worked as an ETL Architect/Lead at American Airlines, where they played a key role in the conversion of a legacy mainframe system to a Teradata EDW using IBM DataStage. In 2012, they served as a Senior Data Integration Consultant at Waste Management, helping incorporate business change requests into the OPUS data mart. The same year, Abhishek also took on the role of ETL Architect/Lead at Harris Corporation, building data marts to support healthcare dashboards. In 2013, they became an ETL Lead at Gap, leading the project to retire the Mars data mart and retrofit it to the business-centric repository. From 2015 to 2016, Abhishek worked as an ETL Architect at Group 1200 Media, deploying data warehouse solutions on the Amazon Web Services platform. At Merit Energy Company, they held multiple roles from 2016 to 2018, including Proof of Concept Lead, Hana Modeler, and ETL Lead, working on various projects such as converting systems to SAP HANA and retiring legacy modules. Most recently, from 2018 to 2019, Abhishek was a Technical Lead at Dallas Fort Worth International Airport (DFW), managing teams and developing applications to support business units.

Abhishek Shah earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from The University of Texas at Dallas from 2001 to 2005.
