Antonia Nikolić

Antonia Nikolić began their work experience as an intern in clinical psychology at KB Dubrava in April 2017. From October 2017 to April 2021, they worked as a Recruitment Consultant at SmartFlex Croatia. Antonia then joined Smart Group HR Solutions in January 2021 as a Recruitment Consultant, where they worked until March 2022. Currently, they are employed as a Talent Acquisition Specialist at iOLAP, starting from March 2022.

Antonia Nikolić obtained a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Hrvatski studiji in the years 2012 to 2015. Subsequently, they pursued further education and completed a Master's degree in Psychology from the same institution, Hrvatski studiji, from 2015 to 2018.
