Aaron Spanik

Aaron Spanik has a diverse work experience in the field of information technology. Aaron is currently the Director of Information Technology at IoM Media Ventures Inc. where they have been employed since January 2019. Prior to that, they worked as an IT Manager at DHX Media from October 2017 to December 2018.

Before joining DHX Media, Aaron worked at The Barrington Consulting Group, starting as a Consultant in October 2008 and later becoming a Senior Consultant in October 2011. Aaron also worked as a Professional Services Engineer at SolutionInc from December 2005 to October 2008.

Earlier in their career, Aaron served as a Senior Unix Systems Administrator at Acadia University from June 2003 to December 2005. Aaron also worked as a Systems Integrator / Administrator at Novell from 2000 to 2001, and as a Unix Applications Administrator at MTT (now Aliant) from 1999 to 2000.

From 1995 to 2000, Aaron Spanik attended Dalhousie University where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Philosophy.
