Ian has over 20 years of experience in the industry, including serving as a Senior Partner at Deloitte for over 8 years. Ian has also been a Non Executive Director at various companies, such as Ingeus UK and Killinchy Aerospace Holdings Limited.

Ian Steele attended Ardrossan Academy for their high school education. Ian then went on to study accountancy at the [University of Glasgow, where they obtained their bachelor's degree.
