Leslie Juarez has worked in a variety of roles in the past 18 years. In 2002, they began their career with the United States Marine Corps as a Supervision & Training, Executive Administrative Assistant, Expediter and Technical Researcher. In 2006, they moved to Chandler Packaging, Inc. as a Logistic, Shipping, HazMat, RFID Coordinator. In 2012, they began working for GHA Community Management as an Executive Administrative Assistant, Receptionist and for Joy of Dance as an Office Admin, Graphic Design, Web Manager, and Tech Support. Leslie also began freelancing as a Photographer and Web Designer for Snap Necks Photography & Design. In 2015, they began working for Strayer University as a Technical Support | Help Desk, where they guided students through numerous software applications updates and installations and investigated issues with client PC's, networks, and devices until problems were solved. In 2017, they began working for IOMAXIS as an NSOC Team Lead, NOC Analyst, and IT Helpdesk Administrator. Finally, in 2018, they began working for Ingressive as an NSOC Analyst.

Leslie Juarez obtained an Associate of Applied Science in Graphic Design from Platt College-San Diego between 2008 and 2009. In 2015, they received a Help Desk Analyst - COC certification from Northern Virginia Community College. In 2019, they obtained a CompTIA Security+ certification from CompTIA.
