Kim Capanna

Kim Capanna is an experienced professional with a diverse background in project management and operations within the banking and energy sectors. Since May 2013, Kim has been with Ion Bank, holding the roles of Project Manager and Deposit Operations Manager. Prior experience includes a tenure at Alstom Power from 2008 to May 2013, where Kim worked as a Business Improvement Analyst, Audit Specialist, PMx UAT Testing Coordinator, and Process Mapping Specialist, contributing to Six Sigma projects and managing process mapping efforts. Earlier career experience includes serving as President of Servicing Operations at Valley National Bank, overseeing the transition of home equity servicing operations to a newly established Connecticut office. Educational qualifications include training from the Ct School of Finance and Management and graduation from Watertown High School.
