Michael Carloni

Michael Carloni is an experienced banking professional currently serving as SVP/Regional Retail Director for Ion Bank since July 2022. Previously, Michael held various roles at Lincoln 1st Bank from May 2005 to July 2022, including VP/Director of Retail and Deposit Operations and BSA Officer, where oversight of BSA/AML programs and compliance was a key responsibility. Michael also worked as AVP/Branch Manager and Assistant BSA Officer. Prior to banking, Michael was a Weather Producer at NBC Weather Plus in 2007. Academic qualifications include a Bachelor of Science in Atmospheric Sciences and Meteorology from Kean University and a Certificate in Bank Financial Management from the American Bankers Association.
