Prior to this role, Robert held various positions at Naugatuck Savings Bank, focusing on fraud investigations and corporate security, transitioning to Ion Bank after the merger in 2013. With a robust law enforcement background, Robert was a Detective Sergeant at the West Haven Police Department from December 1981 to October 2008, leading the Fraud Division and Computer and Technology Forensic Lab.
