Henri de Romrée

Henri de Romrée has held various roles throughout their work experience. In 2023, they worked as the Chief Strategy Officer at IBA. Prior to that, they were in a transitioning role at H de Romree & Company. From 2022 to 2023, Henri was a Group Executive Committee member and CEO of e-commerce logistics North America at bpost. Before that, they worked as a Partner at McKinsey & Company from 2021 to 2022. From 2018 to 2020, they held multiple roles at bpost, including President & CEO of Radial and Group CFO. Prior to that, Henri worked as a partner and associate at McKinsey & Company from 2006 to 2018. Earlier in their career, they served as the Manager of the CEO Office at Euroclear and as an associate at A.T. Kearney.

Henri de Romrée completed their Master's degree in Science in Management at Solvay Brussels School of Economics and Management from 1994 to 2000. In 2008 to 2009, they obtained a degree in Consulting and Coaching for Change from INSEAD, focusing on Human and Organization Behaviors. Additionally, in 2005, they attended the Transconstellation Academy, where they pursued studies in the Financial Processing Industry.
