Ian Dougherty is an experienced professional in the field of engineering and physics with a strong background in managing field service engineering teams at IBA since September 2011. As a Field Service Engineering Manager, Ian oversees multiple teams responsible for beam physics and positioning management, and takes charge of hiring and developing field service engineers.
