Michael Ryan Fitzharris is an accomplished technology leader with extensive experience in service support and engineering management, currently serving as the Director of Service Support at IBA since October 2007. Fitzharris has successfully led a global service support division focusing on advanced Proton Therapy systems, managing a substantial budget and improving operational reliability through system uptime initiatives. Throughout various roles at IBA, including Director of Service Engineering and R&D Manager, Fitzharris has developed global service strategies, overseen significant organizational changes, and led software development teams in creating tailored solutions. Prior experience as a Software Engineer at Lockheed Martin involved developing critical air traffic control software and providing tactical leadership during system installations. Fitzharris holds both a Masters and Bachelors of Science in Computer and Electrical Engineering from Drexel University.
