Jason R.

Jason R. has a long history of professional experience. Jason began as a Tax Senior at UN Vora CPA, PC in 2010, then moved on to Tax Manager at The Burns Firm, Ltd. in 2013. In 2014, they were appointed International Indirect Tax Manager at SoftLayer, an IBM Company. In 2007, they began teaching as a Lecturer 1 at the University of Texas at Dallas, and in 2009, they became an Adjunct Lecturer at Southern Methodist University. In 2016, they founded JRs Bookkeeping Tax and Consulting, L.L.C. and served as its Owner and Founder. In 2020, they were appointed Treasurer at More Than Redemption Church, and in 2021, they became an Affiliate Broker at ION Capital Solutions and Founder and Managing Partner at The Business Money Store. In 2022, they were promoted to Vice President Strategic Partnerships at ION Capital Solutions.

Jason R. began their educational journey in 1988 when they earned a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Economics from Nicholls State University. Jason then went on to obtain a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Business Administration and Management, General from the same institution in 1992. In 1998, Jason earned a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Accounting from Nicholls State University, and in 2007 they earned a Master of Science (MS) in Accounting and Information Management from The University of Texas at Dallas. In 2011, they obtained a Certified Public Accountant certification from the Texas State Board of Accountancy.
