Guadalupe Rodriguez Casañas

Guadalupe Rodriguez Casañas has a diverse range of work experience in the field of Human Resources. They began their career as a Supervisor of HR at TRANSFORMACIONES METALICAS from 2012 to 2015. Following that, they worked as a Regional Human Resources Generalist at Tiendas 3B from 2015 to 2017. They then joined GINgroup de México as a Key Account, specializing in talent attraction and management, from 2017 to 2019. After that, they served as an HR Business Partner at DoctoraliaMX from 2020 to 2021, where they focused on refining HR policies and processes and implementing strategies to enhance the connection between the HR function and the commercial area. They then worked at ION, first as a People Sr. Specialist and later as an HR Business Partner from 2021 to 2023, where they were responsible for developing and executing HR strategies to support business growth and objectives. Currently, Guadalupe holds the position of HRBP & Talent Acquisition Leader at TECNOMOTUM, starting in 2023.

Guadalupe Rodriguez Casañas obtained a Bachelor's degree in Pedagogy from the Universidad Privada del Estado de México, completing the program from 2004 to 2008. Recently, starting from 2021 and ending in 2022, Guadalupe pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a focus on Human Resource Management/Personnel Administration at Top-E University.
