José Angel Camacho Ortega

José Angel Camacho Ortega has over 15 years of experience in project management and payroll administration. José Angel began their career at Deloitte as an Analyst of Nominas, where they calculated payrolls for various companies with a large number of employees. José Angel then moved on to Hewitt Associates S.C, where they continued to excel in analyzing and calculating payrolls for clients. In 2011, they joined Casa de Bolsa Ve por Mas as the Responsible for Payroll and Taxes, managing the administration of medical insurance and life insurance, as well as calculating and paying payroll taxes. Jose also worked as a Project Manager at Banco Ve por Más BX+, where they managed the implementation of credit projects, coordinated teams for project execution, and identified process improvement opportunities. In 2017, they joined ION Financiera as a Project Manager. Throughout their career, José has demonstrated strong analytical skills and the ability to work effectively in diverse teams.

José Angel Camacho Ortega has a diverse education history in the field of project management and related subjects. In 2018, they completed a Diplomado en Dirección de Proyectos PMP at Stratominds, as well as a Curso Complemento Agile at the same institution. In 2017, they obtained a Certificacion Scrum Master from Inter Software and took two courses at ProyectaT: "Herramientas exitosas para dirigir proyectos" and "Herramientas de calidad". Furthermore, in 2016, they completed a course on "Administración de requerimientos con Casos de Uso" at Abiztar Learning Technologies.

Prior to this, from 2014 to 2015, José pursued a Diplomado in Administración de proyectos at Tecnológico de Monterrey. Also, between 2012 and 2015, they studied Ingeniería Industrial y sistemas de producción at Universidad del Valle de México. During this period, they acquired additional skills and knowledge in specific areas such as "Entrevista Laboral Profunda por Competencias" at Human Start, "Liderazgo y empowerment" and "Gestión de proyectos" at Tecnológico de Monterrey, and "Interpretación de Prueba Psicométricas" at Sel Atracción, Evaluación y Selección de Talento.

In terms of additional certifications, José obtained a certification from CertiProf in January 2021, and in April 2017, they acquired the Scrum Master Certified designation from SCRUMstudy - Accreditation Body for Scrum and Agile.
