Jim West

Jim West has held various HR leadership roles throughout their career. Jim started as a consultant at VisionNet before becoming VP of HR at Dryades Savings Bank, FSB. Jim later served as Director of Human Resources at JRL Enterprises and currently holds the position of Director of HR at ION Geophysical. Jim holds a Master of Social Work in Administration, Planning & Organizations from Southern University at New Orleans and a Bachelor of Liberal Studies in Social Sciences from Loyola University New Orleans.
