Aaron Baines

Aaron Baines has extensive experience in product management and sales consulting within the maritime and technology sectors. Currently, Aaron serves as the VP of Product Management for Softmar at ION, with responsibilities focusing on chartering and vessel operations software. Additionally, Aaron has held the position of Regional Sales Consulting Director at Triple Point Technology since December 2010, where the company is recognized as a leader in commodity and enterprise risk management solutions. Previous roles include President at ShipNet USA Inc and Development Manager at COSCO (NZ) Ltd, as well as Global Contracts Manager at COSCON Beijing. Aaron holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Management from Unitec, obtained between 1997 and 1999.
