Ishita Wadhwa

Ishita Wadhwa is a Product Manager in the Leadership Development Program at ION and an Ambassador for Women Techmakers since August 2024. Previously, Ishita served as President of the Google Developer Student Clubs at McMaster University, leading a team of 75 members and engaging over 1000 participants while coordinating tech workshops. Additional roles include Vice President and Community & Code Co-Lead at the same club, Industry Night Coordinator for the McMaster Electrical and Computer Engineering Society, Teaching Assistant, Archway Mentor, and Consultant for IBM's Pro-Bono Consulting Initiative. Previous internship experience includes a Software Program Management Internship at AMD and leadership roles in the McMaster Deep Space Analogue Research Expedition and Mars Rover Team. Ishita holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Computer Engineering from McMaster University, expected to graduate in May 2024.
