Jennifer Victory

Jennifer Victory is an accomplished finance professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles across multiple organizations. Currently serving as the Group Head of Finance Operations and Director at ION since July 2022, Jennifer has also held significant positions including Non-Executive Director and Board Member at Plan International Ireland, Group Financial Controller at Hostelworld Group, and Group Head of Internal Audit & Risk at Applegreen PLC. Prior to these roles, Jennifer was the Group Head of Compliance & Risk at Smurfit Kappa, where responsibilities included developing compliance and risk management across global operations. Jennifer's educational credentials include a B.A. in International Business and German from Dublin City University, as well as advanced leadership training from INSEAD and the Smurfit Senior Leadership Programme at UCD Michael Smurfit Graduate Business School, complemented by the designation of Fellow Member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (FCCA).
