Sandesh Kumar

Sandesh Kumar serves as the Global Head of Openlink Operations (Cloud) at ION since March 2022, focusing on the management and development of a 24/7 cloud operations team and overseeing strategic planning for internal management systems. Prior to this role, Sandesh worked at RWE Supply & Trading GmbH as a Cloud Project Manager and held various positions at Infosys, including Senior Associate Consultant for Energy & Utilities, with responsibilities in Level 2 support for the ETRM application Endur. Sandesh has also contributed as a Research Intern at the Observer Research Foundation and completed a summer internship at NTPC. Educational qualifications include a Master in Business Administration focused on Energy Trading from UPES and a Bachelor of Technology in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Dr. A.P.J. Abdul Kalam Technical University.
