Shane Hopkins

Shane Hopkins is an accomplished sales executive with extensive experience in the financial services and analytics sectors. Currently serving as SVP of Global Sales for the Investor Segment at ION since October 2023, Shane specializes in leveraging expert journalism and analytics to facilitate market opportunities for banks, investors, and corporates. Previously, as SVP of Revenue at VRGL, Shane developed a comprehensive go-to-market strategy and built the GTM team from scratch. Shane's background also includes leadership roles at Backstop Solutions Group, Solovis, Caissa, RealPage, Cushing Asset Management, Salient, Lockheed Martin Aeronautics, and Wells Fargo Advisors. Shane earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from The University of Texas at Arlington.
