Sonali Pai

Sonali Pai is a skilled professional currently serving as a Leadership Development Program Analyst at ION since September 2023. Previously, Sonali worked as a Student Accessibility Specialist at the University of Michigan, where responsibilities included improving the accessibility of educational materials and analyzing data models for research. Sonali's diverse experience also includes tutoring as an Academic Peer Leader, enhancing digital content and design for SHEI Magazine, and interning in UX Design at SIMON Markets LLC, where platform user experiences were refined. Additional roles encompassed operating autonomous robots at Refraction AI, conducting usability testing for UserTesting, and managing data for Industolutions. Sonali holds a Bachelor's degree in Information Science from the University of Michigan and continues musical studies at the American College of Musicians.
