Johannes K.

Johannes K. has a long and varied work experience. Johannes began their career in 2008 at OSRAM, where they were an Electrical/Controls Maintenance Technician and a Mechatronics Technician. In 2013, they moved to Krones, where they worked as an Electrical Field Service Engineer I, an Electrical Field Service Engineer II, and a Senior PLC Controls Field Engineer. In 2022, they joined Ion Labs, Inc. as an Automation & Control Engineer, where they were responsible for in-house PLC migration and upgrades, development and execution of automation projects for existing production lines and equipment, new PLC and HMI software development, and initiated and guided a new in-house 3D spare parts printing process.

Johannes K. completed an Associate of Arts and Sciences - AAS in Mechatronics, Robotics, and Automation Engineering from Siemens Professional Education between 2009 and 2012. Johannes also obtained a KMK Business English Certificate B2 from Werner-von-Siemens-Werkberufsschule Berlin in March 2012, an OSHA 10-Hour certification from OSHA Safety Training Institute in September 2013, a HandlingTool Operation and Programming certification from FANUC America Corporation in May 2018, and a Certified Trainer certification from DIHK in November 2019.
