Matthew Keib

Matthew Keib has worked in the military and in the pharmaceutical industry for over 13 years. From 2008 to 2011, they served as a First Lieutenant in the US Navy, where they were the Officer-in-Charge of all deck equipment and personnel onboard a Ticonderoga Class cruiser. Matthew was also an Instructor SWOS and Reactor Division Officer/PPWO from 2011 to 2016. From 2016 to 2020, they were the Director of Manufacturing and Manufacturing Engineer at Delavau Pharmaceutical Partners. Most recently, they have been the Director of Operations at International Vitamin Corporation since 2020, where they are the Site Leader for a team of 9 direct reports and +300 operation staff. Matthew is currently the Senior Vice President of Operations at Ion Labs, Inc., overseeing operations, maintenance, facilities, warehouse and scheduling with a team of 6 direct reports and 200 indirect.

Matthew Keib obtained their Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Industrial Engineering from Penn State University between 2004 and 2008. Matthew then went on to earn their Master's degree in Engineering Management from Duke University between 2014 and 2016.
