Mariana Aguirre is an experienced professional with a diverse background in nutrition, business management, and compliance. Currently serving as the Owner of AMAR - Productos Orgánicos since August 2020, Mariana operates an online store focused on organic products for body care and environmental sustainability. In addition to this role, Mariana has been an Assistant Compliance Officer at La Alhondiga Centro Cambiario S.A de C.V. since January 2016. Previous positions include ownership and management of Barbería El Galgo Negro, work as a Nutritionist in a private practice, and teaching responsibilities at a vocational training school, imparting knowledge in applied mathematics to nutrition and food history.
