Todd Creamer has extensive experience in the field of engineering, particularly in the broadcasting and cable television industries. Todd is currently serving as the Chief Engineer at ION Media Networks and The E.W. Scripps Company since 2020. Prior to this, they worked at TCT Ministries as the Chief Engineer - Chief Operator from 2006 to 2020. In this role, they were responsible for maintaining broadcast stations, uplink transmitter sites, and troubleshooting technical systems. Before joining TCT Ministries, Creamer worked as a Headend Engineer Bench repair tech at Insight Communications from 1997 to 2006 and Cablevision from 1991 to 1997. In these positions, they performed troubleshooting and repair work on cable plant equipment and trained newly hired technicians. Todd also has previous experience as a Video Field Engineer at V-TIP Inc from 1986 to 1991, where they performed video production setups, editing, duplication, CCTV design, and installation.
Todd Creamer has a high school diploma from Harlem High School, which they obtained from 1978 to 1981. Todd also completed a 2-year program in Electronics from the International Correspondence Schools from 1997 to 1999. In 2008, they received a Certification of Completion in the Sigma Digital Technical Program from the Harris Education Program. Todd then obtained a certification in RF Safety Course from the Society of Broadcast Engineers Live Learning program in 2009. Todd also has a variety of additional certifications, including Certified Broadcast Television Engineer (CBTE) from the Society of Broadcast Engineers in 2023, and several certifications from online platforms such as LinkedIn and Udemy.
