Dan Hapner

Dan Hapner currently serves as the Chief Operating Officer at Ion Mortgage & Lending since December 2023. Previously, Dan held the position of Vice President of Sales and Operations at RenoFi, implementing innovations in construction and renovation loans. With extensive experience in the mortgage industry, Dan has also served as Regional Vice President at Mountain West Financial, where responsibilities included managing the Mountain Region and establishing a new Correspondent Lending Division. Additional roles include Vice President at Technology Credit Union, Managing Director at Union Bank, and Director of Mortgage at Meriwest Credit Union, among others. Dan holds an Executive Education degree from Harvard University and multiple licenses from the California Department of Real Estate.
