Michael Giacchetta

Michael Giacchetta is an experienced professional with a diverse background in customer experience, risk management, and humanitarian aid. Currently serving as Customer Experience Supervisor at Ion Solar since October 2022, Michael previously held roles as Client Experience Manager at Freeman | Lovell, PLLC and Director at The Giacchetta Foundation, where humanitarian aid was provided to Ukraine. Michael's expertise includes consulting and data analytics as President/Owner of Wasatch Energy Consulting, along with risk analysis and management at USANA Health Sciences and Vivint Solar. Additionally, Michael has experience in the film industry through internships at Voltage Pictures and IM Global Film, plus early career involvement in marketing at Chick-fil-A, and military service as a Combat Engineer in the US Army. Michael holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Entertainment Business from Full Sail University.
