Joanne Massey

Joanne Massey is an experienced Quality Manager currently part-time at iON Technology Solutions since 2008, overseeing quality and operations, including the establishment of an ISO 9001 certified company and a Class 10000 Clean Room. With prior experience at Eastman Kodak Company as a Micro Chemical Analyst and Quality Manager, Joanne developed department quality systems and trained staff in advanced optical analysis techniques. Joanne's career began as a Chemical Technician at Pennwalt, focusing on quality control for pharmaceutical products. Joanne holds an AAS in Medical Laboratory Technology from Alfred State College and a Regents Diploma from DeRuyter Central.
