Mikko Mantila

Mikko Mantila has a diverse work experience in various leadership roles across different companies. Mikko is currently a member of the C-Suite Advisory Board at MACH Alliance. In 2018, they founded and became the CEO of IONA, a digital commerce agency specializing in strategy and customer experience. Mikko also served as the Chairman of the Board at Data Farm starting in 2022. Mikko has been actively involved in the financial technology industry as a board member at Fundu, a rapidly growing fintech company providing innovative financing solutions for SMEs. Before that, they held the role of CXO at Fundu from 2018 to 2019. Mikko also has experience as the Managing Partner at Coders for Hire, Head of Marketing at Stockmann, Business Development Director at Motley Agency, and Head of Agency at D11 Helsinki. Prior to all these roles, they were the Director of Fake Graphics, one of the largest 3D animation studios in the Nordics specializing in digital animation and illustration.

Mikko Mantila attended Aalto University Executive Education and Professional Development in 2009, where they studied Product Management. They obtained additional certifications including Certified SAFe® 5 Agilist from Scaled Agile, Inc. and a Business Model Innovation Masterclass from Strategyzer.
