Eeva Tähkälä

Eeva Tähkälä is a seasoned professional with a strong background in business operations and customer service. Currently serving as a Business Operations Manager and previously as a Sales Assistant at IONA since September 2022, Eeva has also held various roles at Y-Säätiö, including Rental Advisor and Customer Service Representative from 2020 to 2022. Additional experience includes coaching basketball at Sykki ry from 2016 to 2020 and numerous customer service positions at Elisa and DNA Oyj between 2017 and 2019.
